August 11 - Pediatrician

Max was 9lb 11oz (4.39kg) today! The current goal is for him to gain 1/2oz (~7g) per day, and he almost doubled that goal! His abdominal girth is rather large this week (41cm+) from the enlarged liver and spleen, but his jaundiced color is improving. Maybe because of the large liver he's been having difficulty keeping food down, but he's gaining weight so maybe not as serious as we feared. We'll ask the Gastroenterologist about it on Thursday.
