June 23

23:02 - The move to a garden room doesn't look like it will happen in the next few days. In the meantime, Max is letting us know exactly what he does and doesn't like about his feeding routine.

All LFTs came back at least a little better today than last week. None seems to have slipped backwards. His platelate count continues to be VERY low, but not trending downward either. Without any transfusions. He's managed to keep hovering in the high 20k range. Again, for reference, normal platelet count is 150-400k.

His abdomen continues to be swollen from his hepatosplenomegaly. This leaves less room for his stomach and conributes to his inability to keep larger meals down. Dr. G said it's like eating a Thanksgiving meal 6 times per day.
