CBG (capillary blood gas): PCO2 = 51 mmHg (good). CBG does show lots of other different hematological status, but PCO2 is the one we're concerned about right now. The high levels of CBG PCO2 last week were an early indicator of cardio-pulmonary problems. It seems that the diuretic has allowed this to come down for now.
LFT (liver function tests): No high value spikes. Some values are slight higher, some lower than last week. (not bad)
CBC (complete blood count): platelets are 23k (bad) - Max will be getting another transfusion soon.
Feeding: Max ate 33cc by bottle this afternoon in just 15 minutes (good) - almost half his total meal volume. The remainder was introduced by feeding tube. Currently, he has 8 feedings per day (every 3 hours around the clock). Twice per day (every 12 hours), he gets a bottle attempt.
